    Great article. Thanks for the link. I had heard that meditation rewires certain areas of the brain but seeing actual proven research bolsters my belief even further. A regular meditation practice and various breathing techniques definitely play a role in stress management. I’ve also noticed that it helps with racing thoughts and falling trap to our culture’s obsession with multi-tasking. I read something recently that said focusing on one task at a time mindfully actually increases productivity.

      Thanks for your comment! I do believe that this is the way we should all take as I see so many people breaking down with depression and burnout. Makes you wonder where we are going… Research definitely helps to put these techniques and the philosophy behind on the map and separate them from ‘spirituality’ a word which frightens many people.
